Rather ironic that she has said now that she is famous she will not be doing any more nudity in GoT.

She did it in early eps of GoT because she was relatively unknown and now she is a celebrity she doesn't need to do it any more.

Well she doesn't get nude in the books that much from the point where the show is at. A few post root convos but that's about it.
