I can't decide whether I'm justified in being frustrated with my work.

On the one hand, I'm contracted for 20 hours and teach 16; on the other, everyone else is on 4-10 hours and getting paid the same amount.

Despite most of his fellow fans pointing out it's a very different situation, he's stuck to his guns.
