Lolbunnies. Canberra and Dragons next. Hopefully Raiders can hold them down next week, so dragons can put a big score on. You Merkins are always good at rubbing it in.

AHAHA LOL. But in all honesty dont count out Man Utd's chances. Bayern are beatable and if not then teams can draw with them. Man City and Arsenal showed that. If Man Utd's defence can stay strong when Bayern hold onto possession and Rooney puts in a blinder of a performance in attack than Man Utd might surprise a few people.

Van Persie is out for 4-6 weeks. We're royally f**ked.

Souths had their dumbest performance since Mcguire became coach last night, couldn't believe how stupid they were. Nice to see Tigers take advantage of that, big boost for the young team.

People loved to whinge about the tigers getting a better run than most on TV but for the most part (last two years aside) they've consistently played more entertaining footy than most other teams. They continue to purchase/bring up good footballers.

Game obviously changed once Inglis was out though. Most teams struggle when their best played is out of the side.

Souths will likely be fine in the long run. Need Keary to be fit, shifts Walked from 5/8 to centres and shifts one of their rubbish 3/4's to the Bears. How Joel Reddy is getting a run I don't know.

Do they?

Obviously Brisbane rightfully cop it for receiving a glut of Friday games but I barely hear a peep about the Tigers.

I certainly believe they receive more than their fair share of FTA games and have held that belief since 2007. For mine, they're too flakey and while they have flashes of brilliance, they also have flashes of absolutely self destructive football which really hurts the quality of the contest. The 'Ellis' years aside (and even then...) I feel like they've gotten a free ride based on a reputation that is absolutely dated.

With that said, it isn't their fault that League has a silly FTA broadcast system. They'll never go for it, but would love to see 9 move the second Friday game to Sunday, it would just work better on a lot of levels.

You mustn't read the NRL section much. People whinge about the Sydney teams that get regular tv gigs all the time (Saints, Parra, Tigers, lol@souffs, Dogs, c**ks).
