Liveprool winning the league, Arsenal winning the FA cup, Atletico winning Europe, what a year that would be for underdogs sticking it right up the cashed up clubs.

f&ck Liverpool and their plastic fans
lol, I guess I have noticed a few coming out of the woodwork this year (I assume they're the ones you're talking about)

lol @ putting the FA cup in the same equation as winning the premier league and champions league but it's always nice to hear support from a rival fan

Lol at Arsenal being underdogs in the FA Cup. The final four features Arsenal, Hull, Wigan (championship) and Sheffield Utd (league 1). If Arsenal can't win from there they've choked

they are a BM supported side so they will get close on the back of penalties and lol it up when it matters

lol@Liverpool being underdogs. f**k me dead, they are one of the 3 genuine big clubs in England (clubs with a long history of success and massive worldwide fan bases, that make money without a sugar daddy). Just because they've gone a couple of decades without a league title doesn't mean they're suddenly a small club like Everton or Tottenham. :sarcasm:

I do think most would say, going into the season, we had the 5th best squad at absolute best. We've done extremely well competing against City/Chelsea money/Uniteds success/Spurs spending/our own mediocrity. Underdogs? Maybe. It's been an amazing season thus far, and alot is down to the improvement in several players + the class of Suarez and the management of Rodgers

The acquisition of Sturridge helped a fair bit too. If you only have one threat, opposition teams only have to shut that one threat down.

Definitely coming into this season you lot were outsiders, but at this point, it's false modesty to pretend you aren't favourites (and I would have said that before this game started).

Haven't been paying much attention this weekend because United aren't playing and it's my son's birthday, but I just noticed Tottenham dropped points to West Brom. This season has been an abject failure for them.

wow, game on. If suarez wasn't on a yellow already he would have gotten a card for simulation. Giving him another would completely alter the game and probably put a sour taste into the comp which means ben cummins wouldn't have thought twice about giving it lol

Underdogs overall, not from where we are now but compared to some of the others that could have won.

Point is there is a very good chance Liverpool and Arsenal come away from this season with more than City and Chelsea.

Underdogs financially. Their wage bill is significantly lower than Chelsea, City and United. And even lower than Arsenal.
