I hate submitting essays. There's 30 seconds prior to your submission that you think 'Yeah, this isn't too bad' then the second you press 'submit', your confidence is ejected out the back door and the anxiety begins - 'I don't think its good enough!' etc etc.

Study is a frustrating and debilitating experience sometimes.

Also, morning.

Up at no reason o'clock again. Guess I'll get up and try and be productive with it.

Get the day started right with a ride, some breakfast, and a bit of writing.

that feeling is driven by the fact you have relenquished control over your results.. Up to that point you still had the power to make the changes where necessary..

easiest way from this point is to just sit back and relax.. Nothing you can do now to change results, no matter if they are good or bad, so just let it ride and have confidence in your work..

another good way of settling nerves is if your teacher provided a grading rubrict which they will mark against, go and mark yourself against it.. Even being a harsh marker on yourself, you'll be surprised where your score ends up..

and never forget about the bell curve.. If you have more than half a brain, the curve generally works in your favour..

If Liverpool win the EPL, it will be similar to if Souths win the premiership: fans appear from nowhere, they act as if they own the place, and then you remember why it was so good that they had done nothing for so long.

I'm indifferent to the Premier League, so it's not jealousy when I say that Liverpool fans are proving to be the most obnoxious I've seen.

Man, I know they aren't healthy; but flavoured oats give me so much more energy to get through a morning class than my usual bowl of cereal.

Might be proactive today and go buy some eggs so I can start my days really right.
