No it doesn't. Not when we have salary capped teams playing against non capped teams. And even if you took the caps of the table the overall budgets of Aussie teams are tiny compared to the big asian teams.

I'm a Victory fan, I hope they go all the way but it's as likely as one of the small Premier league teams winning the league.
