All the criticism from the bleachers over the MH370 issue is really starting to shit me. It's not that I'm on the Malay govts side by any means...it's the total ignorance of what's actually involved in finding a tiny plane somewhere on or under roughly a quarter of the earth. Especially when you have no idea what direction it flew. The fact that it's been narrowed down at all is amazing.

The fact they found it so quickly is something akin to a miracle. There was a French airliner lost in a similar incident over the Atlantic in 2009 that took 2 YEARS to find.

1. I don't think so Tim... in fact I would probably go back and get a 4x2 if I had to chance, certainly wouldn't be a raping everytime I'm up for a refill. And no I didn't drive through that... just saying that if I was to be in such a situation it could've been less threatening to me. That photo came off the FB page.

2. Flood markers... good point, but to be honest with you, the road doesn't appear to dip that much so I didn't see the coming, and considering I've never seen a flood there before, I've never noticed it tbh.
