From my experience, their supporters bay is really passionate but fairly respectful. Been around them a few times as a neutral or opposition and found they enhanced my experience.

However, there's always going to be that one dick-head fan that paints a bad picture of the club. For me, I've had bad experiences with three separate Manly fans. One of them desperately needed a bullet.

I was in Parramatta stadium a week back and saw a beer cup being thrown at a touch judge. Didn't see who threw it but it was from the panther's supporters bay were I was sitting.

Looks like I picked the right year to not be in a tipping comp.

It's nice to be able to just sit back and enjoy Friday night upsets.

I was so hoping that the Dogs Roosters game would end up a draw though.

I hate seeing the sun rise.

My mate was all excited to see it come up because it meant we'd had a good night, but to me it just foreshadows a day of feeling physically ill and tired.

Just baked a pair of blueberry bagels. Went to open up my cream cheese to apply it, and it's f**king moldy.

Going to sleep hungry. RAGE!

I too am maintaining my record
Death, taxes and 0/2 on Saturday morning

I don't remember much from the game these days. I was only 7.

But I do remember sitting in the lounge room in tears.
How old are you now? Thought you were a bit older than me and I would've been 7/almost 8 when that game happened.

Some games just stick in your mind, that was one of them.

I don't mind what their supporters bring to the game as a group (dragon army or whatever) but there are just far too many at far too many games who have just been cockheads.

Might be a numbers thing, have been to alot of Dragons games given they're both nearby and I've been to most of the Anzac Day games as well.

You bastards are making me feel old. I was 17 when that game took place. Couldn't believe Norths lost another Preliminary Final. 4 in 7 years. For a team with one first past the post win, one 1st vs 2nd playoff win, and one losing Grand Final (vs Newtown in 1943, coincidentally Newtown's last Premiership) in 92 years, I thought it was an unbelievably cruel twist of fate. And then the NRL f**ked them over with their planned Central Coast move. Sport, like life, just isn't fair sometimes.

Two of the great goalkickers choked in Preliminary Finals for the Bears. Halligan kicked 1/5 in 1991, and Taylor kicked 2/5 in 1997. Cursed.

Edit: Sorry, Halligan's shocker was in the Major Semi.

Albert's tackle was a thing of beauty. I always remembered it too and I was only 6.
