Cost of living. Transport. 3 stadiums that are superior to their Sydney version (MCG > ANZ, The Dome > SCG, AAMI > Parra). Roads. Better inner city. Cafes. Restaurants. Basically everything but the beaches and St Kilda might not be Bondi or Manly but on a world scale it's better than what most cities have.
