woke at 4.25 am

fed baby

watched nine news early edition

had to switch over to abc for kids at 6am

got ready for work

had breakfast

headed to work

had meetings

working

feeling tired

outside of that, if i reflect upon my mood i feel partially excited as touch football season starts tonight, combined with the fact it's nearly the weekend. i'm potentially a little hungry, as i have been up for nearly 6 hours with only 2 pieces of toast to eat.

the thought of food gets my mind drifting towards lunch, which still seems an eternity away. this starts a few questions going through my head - what should i have to eat? should i be healthy or can i splurge and get something a little unhealthy?

which takes my mind back to yesterday - i had a schnitzel roll for lunch. which is not really healthy, so i should make sure i have something healthy today.

this only exacerbates my feelings of hunger as now i am thinking of food.

this is all your fault.

Muzby, when you moving back to Sydney? We need more people like you here. Also considering that BM is moving to Melbourne, I don?t want you to be in the same city as him at the same time. Sydney is calling you Muz!!

f**k up BF. Melbourne is the cultural capital of Australia. Melbourne is a far better designed city with a better public transport system and a superior climate.

So much of my life is similar to yours at times, the exception being I have only one child and she gets up at 6:30 at the moment.

Gosh, I want to play footy so bad lately. No team, no hope :(

Well that's clearly a lie if you have so much time to reply to a dickhead like me.

 You're alright Hoppers.

The worst thing ever... when an IDIOT prints a 280 page document about 5 seconds before you, and you print a 1 page document, and you need to wait UNTIL 280 f**kING PAPERS ARE DONE AND HOPE YOUR ONE ISN'T PRINTED BETWEEN THEIRS.

that 280 page document isn't just 280 copies of the same 1 page print job you have, by any chance?

job interview this arvo

good luck..

couple of key questions i find work well in interviews (you ask the interviewer - one it shows interest in the company / person which helps, and two it also allows you to see if it is right fit).

- what was it about this company that made you come here?
- what do you enjoy most about working here?
- what are the biggest challenges this role faces? (also allows you to show a few extra bits of info by potentially explaining how you would go about fixing the challenges)
- why is the vacancy here? (eg their answer can determine a few things - eg was it internal promotion, have they had 3 people leave the same role in a year etc etc)

How long is my lunch hour?

How many days can i have off without a sick note?

All sorts of positive questions
