Gold Coast people are the ultimate frontrunners. They want to be seen in the colours of a team that is winning. The Suns could be top 4 this year and they're designed to contend for the rest of the decade. The Tits need to get their act together. Their early season fluke wins look to be a distant memory.

bit difficult for the GC region though as around 75% of the population is from somewhere else and have their own sides. Worked in an office as an undergrad and out of 45 staff only one was actually born here.

If there was a caxton street type setup near robina with a mix of poshy type places for snobs and hipster bars so you can sit at the window and be seen there as well as a decent size pub for the common folk it would get more to the game as it needs to be a night out occasion instead of just a footy game to go to.

People make the mistake of thinking GC is like Brisbane or Townsville. It is full of transplants. Full of fans of other teams as well as other codes. The Titans need to work harder to build a fanbase.
