Can someone explain the origin of the Wazn term to me? I think I just completely missed that one
Wazn is a star, also known as Beta Columbae, and is the second brightest star in the southern constellation of Columba.. the traditional name Wazn comes from the Arabic term for "weight"..
it has an apparent visual magnitude of 3.1, which is bright enough to be viewed with the naked eye even from an urban location...
