In dire need of a nap. Gonna have lunch with my brother and then crash out until my 3.30pm class
How on earth did you get to do that? Spanish is the language I took to with the most aplomb, and I'd love to live somewhere where I can improve on it.
I believe we've got a party the following weekend that is sponsored by Budweiser. We're going to do something huge.
The Ultrathread is where the cultural elite of the FFB hang out. You're most welcome!
My parents are both Chilean, and through my dad's work, he was moved to those countries. He was a big wheel down at the cracker factory!
I was born here in Sydney and lived here for 5 years. Then I spent the next 12 years traveling and living abroad. It was a phenomenal experience.
I was raised to call the 3 meals breakfast, dinner, and tea. Does this rustle your jimmies BM?
It does. Lunch and dinner makes ten thousand percent more sense than dinner and tea. Everyone knows exactly what lunch means. Tea can mean two very different things both related to eating/drinking.
2nd meal = lunch
3rd meal = dinner
the stuff you dunk tim tams into = tea
End of debate.
Can we have like a "super duper" thread?
Like, not the elite level of convo of ultra thread... but still without the rubbish of dealing with BF/BM??
Also I had to go to Medicare today to get my own medicare card in preparation for moving away. What genius decided it was a good idea to put medicare and centrelink in the same office. Most depressing place in the world. Why should people who have business with Medicare have to line up with a bunch of bludgers.
No. Words are able to have different meanings. Have a look in the dictionary. It does. Lunch and dinner makes ten thousand percent more sense than dinner and tea. Everyone knows exactly what lunch means. Tea can mean two very different things both related to eating/drinking.

Most studies have shown the vast majority receiving centrelink payments are not bludgers. Also I had to go to Medicare today to get my own medicare card in preparation for moving away.
