Sprung a major water leak under the house. Insurance assessor estimates $1800 to re-floor and Lino my bathroom... Thank god for low premiums, I will only have to fork out $400.

Rubbish piping, Got it fixed. Showed the assessor the pipes involved; and he said straight out, "I assess three of these a week, Dux Quest is garbage you are lucky it isnt worse, most other insurance companies only fix this once, but ####### will cover it twice." thank got my plumber told me the prob from the start, and he changed all of that piping.

that depends on the following factors..

• patchy-ness
• work requirements
• level of hipsterism
• length of beard (eg if you've got a good ned kelly style, that could take a while to grow back if you decide you want it)
• how long you've had it (eg do you remember what you look like underneath it? was it pretty? will it still be pretty?)
• strength of chin underneath the beard
• whether would you be willing to wax it instead for charity instead of shaving it
