someone started a thread yesterday about the salary cap:

I watched a recording of NRL 360 this morning & Ikin & Kent were discussing varying bands of amounts paid to players (after contacting a few clubs to get a rough idea).

They stated the following:
Salary Cap $6.35 million.
Top player $800k - $1.1mill
Player 2-3 $550k - $800k
Players 3-5 $350k - $550k
Players 6-15 $150k - $300k
Players 16-25 $87,500 - $150k

I think we don't have a single top player I'd imagine it would be spread fairly evenly between our top 5-6.

I'd be interested to see how some posters in the know, would estimate the dissemination of our cap.
