Fifita was pretty bad in game one.

But then Jackson seemed to be there just to defend, didn't do much with the ball, and Cordners been down on form all year.

Did laugh when the paper referred to Watmough as "retired blues forward" - sounds heaps beeter than just overlooked because of rubbish form.
edit - apparently he actually did retire, well after origin one though. Dropped right off the radar

f**k off dean. I can't cop watching that effort and I can't cop the attitude of eels fans. Doesn't mean I'll stop supporting them, ever

You call them the worst fans ever, but then criticize the team & say you're not watching anymore.

How are you any better than them?

I'm amazed that it took 14 hours for the whole "we're shit because we don't have enough white players" thing to start.

If it makes you feel better, I thought you played really well before something utterly freakish happened.

No fan deserves what happened last night. Not a one. :(

Well for starters I'm not calling for players to be killed, saying we have to many brown.people, abusing fans who try and stay positive...actually f**k it, I'm not in the mood to feed a troll. There is a world if difference between the kind of fans festering in that shit hole and my inability to cope with watching an effort like last night. Not.watching and not.supporting are entirely different things

and if you're carrying 'Parra luck' with you, the pub will have closed 5 mins before you arrive..
it'll be open but the experience will be ruined by the former publicans fighting with the current publicans.

And the barstaff would be shit and overpaid

Surely Brad Arthur's job as coach has to be in question. Although last night was probably the most extreme example, he has done nothing to improve their inability to play a full 80 minutes. Add on that he played Moeroa the full 80 when he is no where near ready for to do so and not putting a guy on the field until the last minute when other players were under fatigue and it seems like he isn't as good a coach as he is made out to be

It will take a long time for Parra to recover from the Kearney and Stuart eras. Brad Arthur is a good coach, it is just going to take ages to weed the shit out and get a good team on the paddock.

And they've signed some extra salt for next season so that can only be a good thing... ;-)

Who only played the 1 minute?

Stuart had the right idea but he's just a terrible comunicator. Place needed a clean out, that never goes down well with players who deserve to be cleaned out.

Look at Newcastle. Pathetic culture amongst the playing group has held them back for years. Attempts to clean the place out have been held back by this.

Wasn't that the reason they hired Bennett?
