It happens. The forum I brought the game over from used to run 2-3 twenty to thirty person games at a time, but it's now been reduced to running a single 10-12 man game at a time with lengthy breaks in between.

I'll have you know my medium-slow style of bowling has taken many a wicket, none of which were Hoggmaster.

I miss bowling...like, proper bowling. I haven't come off my full run in a match in three years. Probably won't again, really. I've done the medium slow thing and I've bowled some off spin and taken like 15 wickets in the last three years as a part timer but it's not the same...

It's cool to have remembered how to bat again, although my last two summer seasons have been curtailed by injury and then having to be the only merkin in the side who could defend.....I know T20 is laughed at by some cricketers but f**k it was nice to be able to go out and just hit the f**king ball :lol:

What seemed like a clear path a few weeks back, now seems rather uncertain for me. Original plan was to come home short-term and than head back to the states and finish my studies over there. Now? Well, everything has gone completely backwards on me and I remain uncertain on where I will end up. Ah, joy. How everything can fall apart so fast.
