And we had no intensity in ours.

My point still stands.

No, it doesn't.

Attack hasn't been our problem this year, but defence has. We were always going to cause you headaches with our attack - we have Radradra on our side, after all.

I don't disagree that you lacked intensity, but to suggest that that was the sole contributing factor to your loss shows no respect to a team that defended so well and stood up in attack when it counted.

Just because we have struggled, it doesn't mean our team is poor. Our side on paper isn't perfect, but our pack is good, and we have some attacking spark.

And our string of results over the last month has shown we're not far off where we need to be.

Lastly, our intensity in defence was higher than yours - we were physical and aggressive, and it undoubtedly took some sting out of you.

In summation, we were just better, and while you weren't at 100%, credit must go to the Eels for a gutsy, gutsy win.

Goulburn is a dump though, it's like Campbeltown only further away from everything

We kept the best attacking side this year, the Broncs, to 8. Canberra to 18. Your attack shouldn't be an issue; our defence was what would let us down given you guys have scored good points.

I also said 'we lost', implying our problem, not why you won ;-)

You definitely were better. Your defence was great too, for a team who has let in easy points. My comment was that if we had better intensity, we'd have looked to score more points and converted some of the half chances we had to more than what they were.

You had a good win. I'm not taking away from that. I am focussing on what Saints did wrong.

I was in Goulburn last week, it was freezing. Had dinner at the Hibernian Hotel, seemed fine.

Was in Sydney/Balmain this weekend. Went to Lowenbrau sat night, went to town hall hotel last night. Not too bad.

Has my last exam today, that was pretty shit
