To be honest if someone came to me and all their resume was was a napkin with the words "I was fired by/quit on BF" I'd take that as good business sense and hire them on the spot. I don't need referees I don't even care.

Hold on a sec here, let's see if I got this right...To be honest if someone came to me and all their resume was was a napkin with the words "I was fired by/quit on BF" I'd take that as good business sense and hire them on the spot. I don't need referees I don't even care.

Let's say for arguments sake I put in a recommendation to the board to terminate his contract... I won't, but let's say I do and they go ahead with it. You're saying that you'll hire someone who doesn't communicate with his team via mediums provided to him - company mobile phone, or email via company laptop, and someone who takes sickies when he can be working from home on his laptop, and someone who expects people to do his work because he's too lazy, then complains about it when he was told the reason why it wasn't done for him?
cant the rest of you just put BF on ignore.
Wadeing through a bunch of hidden posts and then responses is just mind numbing
