Not your rain specifically but I'm so sick of hearing that...We had heavy rain the other day. Some old merkin said "jeez, we need the rain!"

Our dams are like 105% full, we've had the wettest winter in years, wtf do we need the rain for?

We have had no rain all winter really. They have had it further up the valley, but none on the coast since the big storm.

Although punt returning, just like returning the footy in league except you get to have people block you the whole time as well, he should excel at that

I'll keep you in the loop. I'd drop your name too, but I don't want to be fired on my first day...

 Seriously though, I left fairly well I think, but it was a long time ago. I'd doubt people will remember me.

I don't care for NFL, but man this Hayne stuff is fun to watch.

He's going really well. I'm really happy for him.

True, but then, there's a lot of skills that can cross-pollinate. To be honest, I'd love to see someone like SBW running as a blocker. The hits would be incredible.

Downsides of acquiring a job for next year - I am in danger of being way too relaxed about completing uni work.

Currently have an essay due at 6pm (which is lame for a subject im doing by distance, where they expect people to also be working), just ceebz

consider the next few months a learning opportunity...

even at work you'll be thrown stuff that has a short turnaround time.. so just view this essay as one of those..

whilst your marks may not be the best, you'll be equipped at how to prioritise and get through what needs to be done in the required time..

doesn't have to be a masterpiece, just something that meets the requirements for a pass mark..

just remember the motto that got me through my undergrad - "P's get Degrees"

(mind you, i lifted my personal bar at post grad level to "D's get Degrees".. but you don't have to worry about that just now..)

That was also my motto in undergrad. Although the miz of P's and C's doesn't go too far on job market.

I still want to do well because I've only had 2/12 subjects graded below D level so far (and they were C's). I figure it'll always look good to have a good academic record across a completed degree, not just to the point where I gained employment.
