Solid day drinking session. 11 hours. Shiraz and cider. And I'm sober as f**k. What is this?

The haze from the Indonesian forest fires is something else. Just been in Kuala Lumpur and I have not seen haze this bad my entrie life, and I have lives in China and can remember the 94 Sydney bushfires.

For a point of reference, I was not able to see the twin towers from Bukit Bintang today. Insanity.

I enjoyed both of last nights games. Dragons put in a pretty whole hearted effort given the injuries they'd suffered, would've loved to see them knock off the dirty Dogs. Dogs attack is such a waste of that forward pack.

We did have injuries, but we also didn't play cleverly either. A lot of times we could have use the inside runner to compress their defence before stretching them and we just did side to side. Frustrating.

Still, the effort was there and I was pleased for that.

The Pritchard / Kasiano shot on Widdop was disgraceful though.

Yeah I thought that looked really bad.

Watching Jason Ryles on his way to losing a grand final at present. Although alot of it is Bronx Goodwin giving away penalties.

how good is spring.

aside from the hayfever and associated crap like that, there is nothing like the first genuinely hot day after winter..

wearing shorts.. building up a sweat from standing in the sun for too long..

and that first morning after.. when it's hot at 6am.. the smells of spring in the air.. it's just great..
