No, but i'll have a guess.

Season it and let it warm for an hour, render the fat, then add a ton of butter and sear on both sides for a minute ish, chuck the f**ker in an oven at 230ish, get it out 5-8 minutes later, and done. Depends on how thick it is, just use the palm technique to get it how you want it.

I flew Jetstar a few times back in 2011 and they were fine. Really, all budget airlines are shit if you compare them to real airlines. As long as I don't miss something important due to one of their inevitable delays or slam into the side of a mountain, I really don't care what they do.

I concur with CH's Emirates assessment. Their business class is amazing, and even their economy class is leagues ahead of any other economy class I've flown that wasn't with Etihad.

I still love Qantas, but because I mainly fly for work - or via our work based FF account, I get a ton of incentives and usually, long-haul international is accompanied by an exit row seating. Their food is top-notch and service has always been A+.

Qantas are better than average. They have good in-flight entertainment and decent food. One of my preferred slightly above mid-range carriers.

Qantas are great. I really like the way that their crews are always so down to earth. The way that mad Irishman has treated them, they have every right to be bitter, but they certainly are not. They are extremely welcoming (particularly if you are boarding on the other side of the world, and all you want to do is get home). They are a real credit to themselves and the airline.

My sole gripe with Qantas is the way they gouge people having to fly to and from regional airports. $180 to go from Armidale to Sydney, yet I can get flights to Auckland for $99.

As I said, I've generally had better flights with Air NZ than Qantas, always friendly staff and good meals.

Haven't flown long haul with them for quite a while though

Cathay Pacific are ahead of Qantas in my experience. Qantas do take a dirty steaming dump over China Southern though.

Only learnt the palm technique a few years ago. Changed my BBQ-inf life.

Also, a good Weber makes a solid difference.

Supply and demand. Also, they lose money on domestic flights. Rural flights are at least an honest reflection of how much airfares should cost.

Yes, I heard they are notorious for this. My theory is buy quality, pay quality, reap the benefits of quality.

I love Volkswagen - they make brilliant cars.

But they're designed for European roads and climate conditions, and Australia does a number on the mechanicals imo.

Still - won't find a better car for the money.

Yes - I've wanted one for a while due to fuel economy, safety and genuine looks for a car this price. Japanese is great, and I love their reliability, but German is as reliable, if not more, with style.

Hoping she will be a faithful servant to the wife. I've called her Heidi. The wife thinks I'm ridiculous and refuses to acknowledge the bame. Women :p
