Got a letter from my bank today to tell me an unpaid fine of $450 was taken out of my business' account.

Call up to find out what it's for, and it's some unregistered dog fine from last February. Never owned a dog. Hate dogs.

Turns out the other guy with the same name as me does have a dog however, and the government somehow issues a payment order to my bank instead of his.
