I've been hitting the gym since last November or so, although it's only been the last fortnight it's been 4 days a week of weights with a PT in attendance.

My lifts have all doubled in that time, but still a ways to go.

Pretty tame session to start off with. Been out of action for a fair awhile so it will start ramping up eventually

I ran 10 km in about 41.5 minutes last wednesday.

On thursday I ran into someones shoulder at soccer training.

Played on saturday but could barely run by the end, and my rib is swollen. Kinda shitty.

Talked to dad (physio) for some advice - "Well it could be cracked, that's about a 6 week injury, but you may have just bruised it, in which case it'll probably take about 6 weeks to heal"

Well that's useful
