Went and had a prosciutto bagel from a local bakery. Tasted beautiful, but got the awful gut feeling that precedes bad food. Took the easy option and spewed it all up.

Ended up going for a second spew. The pain went away for a little while but my caffeine withdrawal headache and some slight dizzyness has returned so DODU has hit hard.

Cause some of it went through my nose, all I can smell is vomit. My tummy hurts
