Was pleasantly surprised by Bintang. It's not something I'd go out of my way to drink at home, but it wasn't the worst local beer I've had.

I quite enjoyed it over there. You could start pretty early on it and go all day. I've never thought about buying it here though.

Prior to our last move we've always used a removalist company. I thought i'd save a couple of hundred and hire a van for our most recent move....fk me, that was a mistake.

it is.. we moved house heaps when i was younger and i hated it..

so whenever anyone i know is moving house (be it friend, co-worker or team-mate) i'll always offer to help out where i can, even if it is only a few hours as i know how annoying it can be..

i call it 'moving karma' and hope that people pay it forward.. many hands make light work when it comes to shifting house..

Winemaker? Matt Pick, one of our guys. Its pretty good juice. Andrew Caillard believes its the best pinot we've made.

yup.. when i work in an industry that slows down leading into christmas, i love the festive season.. such happiness, enjoyment and just a nice feeling all around..

In Both China and Indonesia petty theft skyrockets on the eve of Chinese New Year and Lebaran (End of Ramadhan) because migrant workers are too embarrassed to come home with nothing for their families after a year slaving away in the city. That always depressed the f**k out of me. Whenever I think of the overcommercialised insanity that is Christmas that always kinds of reminds me of how fortunate Australians generally are.

Except the time they stole the missus' purse. I was ready to kill that day.
