Perhaps it's because I'm not use to it, but I can't can't understand how anyone can think X-Box controllers are better than Playstation.

Playstation's is perfect. All buttons are covered just by holding it.

Left stick is in a sh*t position especially if you want to play FPS. Also, maybe because I have biggish hands, but the PS controller just never sits comfortably for me. I always feel like im holding it in my fingertips.

GameCube's exclusive titles over Halo, MGS or Final Fantasy. Smash Bros, Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Rouge Squadron, Pikmin, and for a while Resident Evil 4. Good times

I'd take the GameCube over X Box any day of the week, PS2 is another story. Remember the original X Box controller? That s**t was painful.

But I don't know how you could take an underwhelming Mario sequal, Zelda sequal and Pikmin (well at least the original which limited itself by implacing time limits, sequal got it right) over the PS2 library.

I mean...Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, Final Fantasy X and XII, Devil May Cry 1 and 3, God of War 1 and 2, Grand Theft Auto 3 and spin offs, MGS 2 and 3, Jak series, Ratchet and Clank series, Gran Turismo, Tekken and Persona series among others that console had it all.

this is why the PC will always be king of the FPS. you simply cannot beat a keyboard and mouse for precision input.

i don't know how you people can play FPS' on console... it's one of the more unco things i've ever tried to do.

BTW saying that a controller A is superior to controller B as an argument for console A is superior to console B doesn't really work when you consider that you can have adaptors which allow for any controller (even a mouse) on any console.

mate, hacking isn't as big an advantage as you think. wallhax can f**k you up and get you killed as often as it helps. any other hacks aside from wallhax are easy to spot - like aimbot - and steamid's are banned pretty swiftly. most servers have admins playing in them the majority of the time. in reality, wallhax is very easy to spot, too.

90% of the people you think are hacking are probably just ridiculously better than you. every server i've ever joined has unskilled players crying about hax. i get accused of hacking myself on a very regular basis... and even reported for it (with no action taken) several times.

the real answer is just be better than them, regardless. crying about hacks is sissy talk. man up, respawn and put one in his (or her) head.

the only way to make an Xbox as viable for FPS gaming as a PC is - to a point where a console player could compete on a level playing field to a PC gamer - would be to plug a pc monitor into it (for adequate dot-pitch, resolution and response times) and use a mouse and keyboard for input. i have nothing against the xbox itself as a device, just using an xbox control to control an FPS game. anything else and the experience is gimped to some extent.

...And I've been accused hacking several times on 360. I've been gaming enough to know a hacker from someone who is just really good, and its far more prevelant on PC than consoles (I can only recall once, that I've encountered and obvious hacker on a console).
