Hollywood has degenerated into meaningless remake / sequel / prequel after meaningless remake / sequel / prequel.

I heard the other week that they have a new police academy movie coming out (with most of the original cast, but Shaquille O'Neall as hightower junior because the original hightower is dead) and of course, now that Disney owns Star Wars, standby for dozens of new movies / cartoons / tv series / books / radio shows and any other way they can milk that franchise until its dry.
