I copped a fine for not voting in the last local election, due to the fact that I was newly relocated and hadn't yet sorted out my enrollment. You also can't do absentee votes for local elections apparently.

Still haven't paid it, it's up at $170 atm. f**king geniused mandatory voting.

20 per cent of my facebook friends are people from my climbing gyms, 50 per cent are former colleagues, people I went to school with or people from uni, less than 10 per cent are from LU or another forum, 10 per cent are relatives, I would probably consider less than 10 per cent close friends of mine, maybe even less than 5%
