The pacific, whilst good, just wasn't on the same level as BoB.

The AFL has come out today and said that Essendon are the only club affected by the doping scandal, and yet there are 6 NRL clubs affected..

We all thought this was dark times for AFL, but it looks like the NRL is going to cop it harder.

And it pains me to say that because a lot of it was filmed up here, but the story line......... Meh. The whole episode or 2 in melbourne was not needed, we all know the yank boys were doing aussie dirtas en masse whilst they were out here, I just don't really think it was needed in the storyline.

yes, I've only watched it once.

I got the Pacific just over a year ago and haven't watched it yet.

haven't seen all of the pacific yet. Band of Brothers was the bomb though, had a marathon atleast once a year since it was on TV

The AFL would say that even if all 18 clubs are involved. There was a whistle blower with Essendon, so they couldn't deny that. The AFL drip feed journalists through their in-house media department. There are few journos willing to lay the boot in to the AFL (Patrick Smith is one).

You're both idiots. This is a little bigger than some wanker sniffing around from the local news ltd rag. With the ACC, WADA and Police involved the AFL couldn't sweep anything under the carpet. If any of what they said today was a lie it would be corrected very quickly by the authorities so they'd be stupid to lie.

We know the extent of the AFLs problems, one club is f**ked and another single player at a different club is in trouble too.

It is the NRL that is not giving any info.

The midfield is seriously going to struggle in Asia (if they qualify).

They got showed up last time out in that comp, asides from Halloran they are all over the place ATM.

We have IMO two of the best forwards in the comp in Berisha and Nijland. Our defense is decent on paper at full strength: Franjic - North - Smith - Steff is pretty decent. Shame we haven't put that lineup on the park all year.

Mulvey is tinkering with midfield so much, I don't think he knows what he's doing there right now. Broich is miserably out of form.
