Kiki, we're one of the best soap operas going around.
You've taken one comment aimed at someone who's been posting here 2 weeks and done nothing more than jump on the stir sh*t bandwagon and used it a good 3-5 times.
No, you've misunderstood me. To you it's always someone else's fault you get picked on and never your own as if you're unwilling to have a good look at yourself.
As I said before, if a bunch of people were picking on me, I wouldn't be looking at them I'd be looking at myself. Some people are full of themselves though, and the idea of them being the problem themselves just doesn't compute.
Someone doesn't enjoy the content of my posts.. bloody hell. If we ignore the fact that the majority are the same as the majority of other posts on this thread, it really wouldn't be a very good discussion forum would it.
You're right. There is a stigma associated with your username that causes some of your posts to be criticised seemingly for no reason. The stigma didn't just appear out of thin air, nor was it created by people out to get you.
However, as far I'm concerned, that doesn't happen as much as the alternative; people just find the post annoying, boring or stupid.
I also love how it's always ME that's worked up.
Well it's pretty obvious, lol.
Sure you're not a little wet under the armpits there Apey?
Is this a confession or something? Do you sweat when you post?
I cop sh*t when it's deserved. When I do nothing to deserve criticism why should I have to take it?
But you do. That's what you don't realise. I bet you go back and scan over all your posts making sure everything you've posted is factually correct so people don't bag you. That is what you don't get, nobody cares about whether you're factually correct in these obscure and ultimately boring arguments. They do enjoy seeing you get upset over them though.
I've said this half a dozen times not only here but elsewhere, I say some stupid sh*t sometimes, but almost all of it is MY opinion. In the place where everyone is meant to relax why wouldnt you accept someone else's opinion and move on? You dont always have to be right you know.
The bolded part is probably the most ironic statement I've ever seen on any internet forum, no exaggeration. You know that's one of the reasons why people pick on you, right? Nothing worse than a 15 or so year old know-it-all who thinks he's always right about everything. The reality is, like me, you know very little about the real world compared to some other posters here.
There's nothing wrong with having an opinion. Expressing it on a public forum invites criticism. It wouldn't be a very interesting discussion board if everybody agreed all the time, right?
I'm not sure why I posted that last paragraph because it's somewhat irrelevant. It's not always just your opinion that draws a lot of the baiting and facepalms but rather the way you present it.
But still, I apologise for wanting to know what it is people actually have against me. Turns out it's some old grudges and a reputation based on the username not the actual content of posts.
Apology accepted.
First impressions are everything. The bad impression about the username came from the posts. The most important thing here is, you've done nothing to suggest the impression was wrong, lol.
:? People were insulting me as soon as I posted. If you go back and read, I posted a catch up post and then the insults came. Not sure how a catch up post is equal to nubness when nothing I said was stupid...
If this is the place for relaxing and happy, I propose we stop the argument right here and I stop getting called a nub for saying nothing wrong... even though that wont happen
Did you actually consider them 'insults'? They were nothing. You overreacted.
DKOR's post summed it up what was stupid pretty nicely, actually.
Also RP was facepalming at your general presence I believe to get a rise out of you. Somehow I think it worked.
Reputation. I think I said that in the post just above yours, I'm not sure whether you would have seen it. I don't get the instant hate because of the reputation, and that's the underlying point of this argument which has now been dragged on, not only by me, for 3 pages. It takes 2 to argue.
Yes, but this argument is about something a bit more relevant to the FFB than women's periods.
It's not just the reputation brah.
