If you want to extend that to 70 years then you can say 3 times. Can't forget the Franco-Prussian war (1871); the first time a German army laid Siege to Paris.

Also worth mentioning that Vichy France was a puppet government and that its lands on mainland France (the southern half more or less) were inevitably occupied by German forces in 1942 when they were found to be collaborating with the allies. Vichy France had pretty much no independence from Germany, and even if it is a joke that Napoleon supports it, it's a pretty terrible one.
