I can name at least five off the top of my head. How about Manly in '09? King, Kite, Perry, Rose, Warea-Hargreaves, Watmough.

Bulldogs 2004: Asotasi (when he was actually world class), Price, O'Meley, Mason, Thurling, Scott

Your criteria relies on two things: the fact that there are six props in any one squad is pretty rare. Most would have five at the absolute max. I'm sure at least one of those Burgess lads will play a lot of his career in the 2nd row.

Secondly you're counting on "potential" which is bullshit, those Burgess lads are unproven. You can look at the squads of the past and see that some guys didn't turn out to be the best and therefore write off their claim as the best 6-prop rotation.

I can't believe I just wasted 5 minutes of my life responding to that

This guy knows

I could name a better rotation from the Bulldogs that played on the weekend

Brisbane this year is better as well...off the top of my head, two from Parramatta...

Dean Pay, Mark Tookey, Nathan Cayless, Michael Vella, Dallas Weston, Nathan Hindmarsh (seeing as we're apparently allowed to name a backrower)

Nathan Cayless, Paul Stringer, Fui Fui Moi Moi, Michael Vella, Adam Peek, Aaron Cannings, Nathan Hindmarsh.

Brisbane 2006 was something like Webcke, Civo, Hannant, Taylor, Kenny, Thaiday

IIRC Bulldogs in 03/04 was Price, O'Meley, Mason, Dennis Scott, Asotasi, Thurling

Currently the Warriors have Matulino, Packer, Ta'ai, Sam Rapira, Lillyman, Lousi, Steve Rapira

Brisbane currently are Hannant, Civo, McGuire, Thaiday, Lui, Glenn, Anderson, Dodds.

I'd take all of those over that Souths rotation and thats not even getting too deeply into some of the very good rotations over the last decade or so

Bazal I've always loved you(no homo). I reckon we should just hug it out and it'll all be good between us.

Yep, can add in Thorn & Parker as well who both played prop during the season.

Hehe...enjoyed the recognition but a tad stretch there. Can't stand Lui, one of the softest players in the game & Dodds is as about as average as they come. However, would include Dave 'Rhino' Hala who unfortunately had no luck with injuries in what should have been his break out-season and Jarrod Wallace who was impressive in his brief stints in first grade.

But yeah, plenty of good 'paper' front row formations over the years.

Sides like Canterbury, North Queensland & Gold Coast could arguably name better.

Just saw a mother wipe her daughters nose with a newspaper. What kind of parent travels with their kids without tissues?

Right you are, I was thinking of Hala when I put Lui in for some reason. Dodds is still better than George Burgess, hence he is named. The starting 3 props are as good as they come IMO

If it was the Telecrap, then thats all it good for, and I can think of at least one more good use for it.
