I can name at least five off the top of my head. How about Manly in '09? King, Kite, Perry, Rose, Warea-Hargreaves, Watmough.

Your criteria relies on two things: the fact that there are six props in any one squad is pretty rare. Most would have five at the absolute max. I'm sure at least one of those Burgess lads will play a lot of his career in the 2nd row.
Secondly you're counting on "potential" which is bullshit, those Burgess lads are unproven. You can look at the squads of the past and see that some guys didn't turn out to be the best and therefore write off their claim as the best 6-prop rotation.
