its like a lake up here, not even a shore break
No wonder you have day 2 aches. I hope you didn't jog up "heatbreak" hill, that is one nasty run.apart from carbo loading for 6 weeks prior.
pretty much nil
How about this one?ive been carb loading for about 8 years now. just need an event to go in
was maybe a 35/65 jog/walk splitNo wonder you have day 2 aches. I hope you didn't jog up "heatbreak" hill, that is one nasty run.
The race used to pass by a mate's place and each year he used to join it as it passed his place. He usually only lasted about 500 metres before giving up.
Hey don't knock it. It takes guts to do that. :sarcasm:lol f**k that.
The weather on Sunday wouldn't have helped. I was surprised that the first female to cross wasn't blown into the sea on the way down Military Rd.was maybe a 35/65 jog/walk split
heartbreak hill is bad enough to walk up.
planning on training for it next year.although i said that last year as well
i wouldn't mind doing city to surf next year. I trained for it as part of our PE subject in year 12, and although i didn't actually do the race, it was the fittest/smallest ive been.
