No wonder you have day 2 aches. I hope you didn't jog up "heatbreak" hill, that is one nasty run.

The race used to pass by a mate's place and each year he used to join it as it passed his place. He usually only lasted about 500 metres before giving up.

lol yes earl same here Carbo loading like a boss for years now. I like to refer to my belly as relaxed muscle

was maybe a 35/65 jog/walk split
heartbreak hill is bad enough to walk up.
planning on training for it next year.although i said that last year as well

The weather on Sunday wouldn't have helped. I was surprised that the first female to cross wasn't blown into the sea on the way down Military Rd.

i wouldn't mind doing city to surf next year. I trained for it as part of our PE subject in year 12, and although i didn't actually do the race, it was the fittest/smallest ive been.

:) I assume you meant smallest as in body fat. Otherwise it sounds like your body shrank (trying to keep it clean).
