I didn't really care for my Samsung, but now that I've updated it and gotten the apps working I think I've fallen in love.

I also imported my old sms tone from another phone. Now I feel so happy when I get an sms instead of feeling repelled.

Head into Applications, press the left button & select edit. Your menu should minimise a bit and allow you to drag your items where you want them to be.
