I'm conflicted about tonight's games. It'd normally be a lay down misere for the Broncos and Tigers, but I'd like to see both teams miss the 8, to be replaced by Newcastle and the Gold Coast. This requires the Dogs and Purple Stain to win.

Agreed. If you're sitting at the top of a tipping comp, stick with the favourites. If you need to take a few upsets, go with both the Tigers and Broncos.
