I've been told by my coach to try and get a bit more muscle and meat during the off season (cricket... yes we need muscles); so I've been having to do a lot of Gym stuff and bar work, and I've been told to start drinking Sustagen. It tastes fine, but is there anyone here who has used it as a protein drink? I have to go from about 75kg to 95kg (and it can't be fat unfortunately
)
