Aussie girls in the 400m swam 2 sec slower in the final than the heats..

This seems to happen a lot with our swimmers who are not the "big names"..

The Men's relay will need to make up about 3.5 secs to beat the Yanks..

McEvoy makes up about 1.6... Not sure where the rest will come from.

The tool was "woooo!!!"ing for about 30 seconds and almost kicked Adam Peaty he was that over excitable. Seen anyone else act like that?

That 17yr old in the 400m was actually about 1sec slower not 2. She did well to finish 6th.
