I do 10km at the gym bike as part of cardio workout, do try to crank it up to levels 10-12 for the most part

Edit: Group cycles as part of a class (stationary bikes) is pretty good fun

2 Biggest differences between the men and women's games is

2. Far too many dot balls on deliveries that are fairly innocuous.
