Just heard word Taumata is going to be turned into an outside utility back (from commentator of Balmain v Norths who got it from Sheens' mouth). From what I've seen of him, makes some sense but I'd still prefer him to have the ball in the hand as much as possible and in 1, 6 or 7.

Do you really think Shines will give him a go?? I dont think so, okay he has had some injury issues but the way were traveling a few weeks ago you would have given him a run on one leg. I think he has had his papers stamped. Its a shame because he has something rare, it called skill, you cant coach it your born with it.

I have him at 184cm and 88 kgs.

Not that small.......did you see him at the ol lady on the weekend??

Very very fast and looks good at centre.

Loved the space and scored three tries.

Maybe he will eventually take that #17 spot.

At the moment we have Lawrence sewn up one centre spot, the other currently between Ayshford and Daniela.

Sheens has a track record for bringing halves through the centres.....whether that's part of it or not I don't know.

Another hater hater Yaaaaaaaawn !

What was wrong with SC's coment?

Iam afraid Tom Shine's no1 ticket holder gets very prickly if you mention anything but praise for our man with the clip board. Loyalty is a sign of a strong character, blind loyalty is a sign of stupidity.

From what little I saw this guy has got class stamped all over him. He looked a world apart from anything I've seen of Ayshford, Daniela or Brown. If not in the starting side, the perfect number 17.
If he stays incident free, other clubs will snap him up in a hurry if Sheens doesn't give him a crack.

Its rubbish......the bloke was coming along nicely, got injured.

Now he is starting to get some gametime again, but Sheens has rubber stamped him never to play.

Once his fitness and form warrant it,he will get a go.

Fair enuf about the rubber stamp bit but it certainly looks that way at times, take the post by bubbles where he said that fitz is out this weekend so browns in and meaney to the bench..... Ill ask your oppinion on this one, would you have picked Meaney ahead of Tuamata in this particular situation ?

Meaney is the stand out player of the Balmain side.

Im hoping he starts at FB.

If you havent seen him play,he is big, fast and has a bootiful goal kicking boot.

By far our best player in the last month.

Fifita, Dwyer, Taumata plus one other would be the best interchange the Tigers have possibly had.

Hopefully Matt Davidson can string together good games.

Simon arguably is too defensive of Sheens. It´s only a response to how absurdly excessive the criticism of Sheens is.

Most of the criticism directed towards Sheens over the past four years has been justified IMO. We have had a top 6 playing roster that has struggled year in and year out. Anyway we have been down this track a million times, their are the believers and their are the non believers, just like ford vrs holden, labour vrs liberal. We all think we are right and thats okay, better to have a option than none at all
