Thanks mate, much appreciated, that clears things up perfectly.
I think our biggest challenge will be the game against the Eels following SOO2.
Its a thursday game after the rep weekend.
Going through the fixtures we are going to be very thin on playing ranks for the Thursday game ie:
Eng v NZ - Widdop and Graham for sure and cant see them backing up. = 1 prop + 1 5/8
Pacific tests (sat june 23 at campbelltown) - LAM, Lafai, Sims (if not SOO), = 1 centre + 2 forwards
SOO - Hunt, Friz (definite), JDB, Vaughan, Sims, McInnes (high probability), Aitken (possible). If all selected = 1 half, 4 forwards, 1 hooker
and 1 centre.
Total players = 10
1x half = (Nicholls)
1x 5/8 = (Mann)
2 x Start Props = (Latimore, Lawrie)
2 x Bench Props = (?,?)
1 x Lock = ( Sele)
1 x hooker = (Robson)
2 x Edge forwards (Leilua, Host)
2 x Centres = (Lomax, Herbert)
1 x bench forward = (?)
1 x #17 = (? Field maybe)
Pretty scary stuff really. However, barring injury I would expect LAM to be able to back up same as Lafai. I also think if both centres play (and cant back up) they would move McDonald to one centre spot (Lomax the other) and put Herbert or even Periera on the wing.
No wonder McGregor went to give them a rev up (which seemed to work for 1 week).
As i said this is worse case scenario but remember nothing is impossible.
