Honestly, disappointed with that team. Would have liked to see some of the young blood. In particular Matt Arthur.
can you imagine the shit he would have copped if he was picked ?

Yeah but Russell was quite good at Centre I think we all saw that at that game and I can see why he should play there in firsts.Lume's best game in 2 years and he was still very average. Yep I was there also.
I would think that they being fit would have slotted into those spots meaning we save on contract $ if they do make it but don’t have to commit fully till later in the season. That may be so and you are likely right.
Bit wouldn’t that mean their absence in the top 30 or on development contracts is indicative of the inability of the coaching staff or management to properly structure the squad?
because they are obviously leaving spots in the top 30 in the hope that someone “becomes available”, which has been the strategy for a couple of years and indicates that they can’t structure an adequate and satisfactory squad in the first place
In which case the lack of depth is deliberate
time for a long treatise on salary caps, resources and bad luck
NRL.com.au said:At least 24 Top 30 players must be contracted by 1 November, 28 Top 30 players by the Monday prior to Round 1 and 30 Top 30 players by 30 June (or the first working day thereafter if 30 June falls on a weekend).
He was good no doubt. He had also been very good on the wing the first few rounds then he wasnt. Fell off a cliff so to speak. I hope the KITA was what he needed and his form/effort gains greater consistency.Yeah but Russell was quite good at Centre I think we all saw that at that game and I can see why he should play there in firsts.
Yes mate, but based on what I have seen in cup, he is as good as lussick if not better.can you imagine the shit he would have copped if he was picked ?
The Salary Cap
Here are the official guidelines for the NRL salary cap, including frequently asked questions like what players can earn outside the salary cap, how much can clubs spend, third party agreements and more.www.nrl.com
What's your point? You also have to consider we jettisoned Ky Rodwell and Jirah Momoisea out of the top 30
I don't think so. Lussick is crapcan you imagine the shit he would have copped if he was picked ?
Julian O'Neill:Blaize at number 1. I cant remember that last time a player played in 3 different positions this early in his FG career.
Another record for Bea!!!This potentially could be one the biggest gapings of all time!!
Blaize will have outdone him come friday nightJulian O'Neill:

Do yourselves a favour and watch lane's presser...it's the same energy he has been bringing to the field...Lussick, Lane and Matto did pressers today so i don't think they have been dropped.
He's the video lol...goooorrrnnneeeeeAny referee is better then Grant Atkins who we have lost a third of our games at commbank under him.
Whose going to do the captains challenge with Paulo off the field. He's the video lol...goooorrrnnneeeee
We won't need to use it...we would have killed em so captains challenge will be left in the cupboard this weekWhose going to do the captains challenge with Paulo off the field.
The fans... live fan poll.. press the red button on your remote for no challenge... green for challengeWhose going to do the captains challenge with Paulo off the field.
I’ll keep it short. That may be so and you are likely right.
