Pretty sure Covid limited his role at the Warriors, with the restrictions he was always going to struggle to do his job. He was probably looking for a way out who knows???Covid had nothing to do with it.
His solution is to throw huge amounts of cash at the problem. Which is cool if you have it and it's kinda what we have been doing. However how many Landys, Uncle Nicks and Packers are out there ? Or more topical, how long can our casino throw cash at juniors ?

Remember the Dogs are a traditionally big spending club. Just a decade ago they poached the best coach in the game (at the time) from the premiers and went on to make two grand finals. This was before Gould’s recent involvement.Covid had nothing to do with it.
