You’ve never seen a chaser overrun the ball?
Not that badly
Have you ever seen a prop out leap a fullback???

Pretty standard work rate for an edge forward. Here's Liam Martin's work rate last week:
77 minutes, 5 runs, 31 tackles
Some edge forwards make more carries, because that's their role in the game plan, or there were more game situations where the ball came their way (remember they are essentially backline players), but one tackle every three minutes is about average for the position. It really depends whether the opposition is targeting his side.
Do you mean a tall guy out-leaping a shorter guy?Not that badly

You’re right, our guy made more carriesYou can't compare our guy to Liam Martin, that's just not right

FMD, I just looked at the stats. Hands went off in the 25th minute when the scores were 0-0. He never came back on and he gets dropped when the final score is 32-6. He also made 15 tackles for 0 missed. I’m not a Hands hugger as I think he has been ordinary. But, if it’s more runs and attack Ryles is after from his starting 9, he sure as shit isn’t getting it from Lussick.
I’m starting to get a bit concerned lads. Super early but I’m getting Kearney 2 vibes.
I genuinely hope Hands is injured because if he isn’t, I’ll have some serious doubts going forward.
The fact the rookie in Smith has got 50+ mins in both games shows how bog average Hands is and how Ryles thinks of him. Lussick doesn’t offer much but if all we are looking for is 20-25min to start the game, he offers no less than Hands has.FMD, I just looked at the stats. He would be looking for line speed and defence for the first 25, which lussick has over handsFMD, I just looked at the stats. Hands went off in the 25th minute when the scores were 0-0. Hands is paying (some of) the price for our lacklustre 0-0 performance for the first 35 mins. We need energy and talk out there. The fact the rookie in Smith has got 50+ mins in both games shows how bog average Hands is and how Ryles thinks of him. The only question you can ask is do these changes improve our team from last week significantly enough?Lussick / JAC into starting side. Russell/Hands out of team
