Bulldogs are winless. Hopefully, we can extend that to 3 games.

Should we be supposing that RTS is out this week?

If so, here's what I expect to see

1- Lolohea (Fusitua is the better option, but I get persisting with him at centre)
2- Maumalo (Still don't want him in the 17, despite a better game)
3- Fusitua
4- Kata
5- Vatuvei
6- Hingano
7- Johnson
8- Vete
9- Luke
10- Gubb- (biding time, till Matulino returns)
11- Afoa
12- Hoffman
13- Mannering

Res- Lillyman, Lisone, Thompson....

Clark will probably be retained, but I'd see more sense in Tevaga, Ayshford or Sipley. Once Foran comes into the 17, is a bench spot Hingano's?

I'd be very surprised if you got one wrong there. Two very similar players in ken and Manu.

RTS might be right though, was concussion. they always seem to come right.

RTS will be fine.

When's matulino due? We need to dump Ken and Tui but we won't until they gift a couple dozen more tries. Even then, who knows with mini-beast, he's turning into another great cult man like Gubbster

What would you think Tui would be on $$ wise?

Do you think that is the reason he wont be dropped to reserves and guaranteed a spot on the wing?

I still would have Tui over Ken

That's a huge call.

Tui has ten times the ability but one tenth the heart and will. Ken is a horribly flawed winger who shouldn't be out there in the first place, but chuck him in the back row and he'd probably go ok. Seems to have reasonable pace and generally has good carries, and most importantly he's having a go.

Tui is a clown, he doesn't even seem to be aware he needs a major attitude overhaul.
I'd be glad to never see him in a Warriors jersey ever again, he's exactly the type of player that's ruining this club.

Based on what?

Apart from a series of tries, mostly which were handed to him through brilliant playmaking, I haven't seen a whole lot of evidence of him evolving into a great centre. Especially when Ayshford and Kata had the spots under control last year.

Fus is a proven successful winger, and I thought he was outstanding at fullback, showed more urgency than even RTS at times.

Round 5, I think

So Round 5 could see both Matulino and Foran return, that's a formidable addition to our side. Would they both walk into every NRL side too?

I'm concerned with both Cappy and Kearney's attitude towards Sipley. They don't seem keen, this year and last.

See, on paper, we look tops. Excuse my ignorance, but why have you put Manu on the rightside? By putting him at number 2 I think that way. Feel free to school me...

Nah I dont see any ignorance, fair question. Im putting Manu on the left side with Kata, Hoff and Foran. I know sometimes the number 2 wing jersey ends up on the right and number 5 on the left but nah Manu on his traditional side.

Its a good side on paper but I doubt Kearney will pick it so it'll probably never get a chance.

Not sure about Clark, but I like that bench; have been wondering how we can use Sipley as an impact forward, playing less minutes without messing up our rotation. Afoa on the bench could do the trick.

Based on what?

Based on them obviously seeing that as being his future position and it being too early to tell whether they are right, or wrong. I get it...it's weird to see Ayshford, who has hardly done anything wrong and is a genuine centre, playing ISP with two centres who aren't really centres playing ahead of him...but then again, we have two wingers who aren't really wingers, so it all makes sense in the sense that nothing really makes sense in Penrose...at least not immediately, and most often not eventually either.

Fusitua. Lolohea- both of their positional futures are still a bit up in the air. But it seems as if Kearney has decided that they are centres and wingers respectively.

I think Lolohea went to fullback when RTS went off because Kearney is committed to Fuistua at centre.

Before I go on, I agree with this...it's incredible how the tide of opinion has gone against Tui. Not just on here, although strongest on here, but also on social media etc. I can see him in Super League in three years, I just a) think his attitude stinks b) don't see what his long-term NRL position is. It's probably fullback, but he'd be in the bottom 2-3 FBs across the comp. What are his skills? Broken field running. He's a Nines player.
