Sharks: The Sharks have named an unchanged starting side following last week's win over the Dolphins. Addin Fonua-Blake will play his 200th NRL game, while Sifa Talakai remains in the centres. Daniel Atkinson comes on to the bench in the only change to the 17, with Billy Burns reverting to 18th man. Sam Stonestreet has been named in the extended squad and is a chance of an NRL return after making a successful comeback from an ankle injury via NSW Cup last week.

Looking at the extended bench, Uele gets another chance because there’s literally no one else. Burns comes in for Atkinson.

Whose bomb will be higher Hynes or Chad.
Some inexperienced outside backs for Roosters, as Fitz has said takes close to 100 games so we should be able to exploit them.
The halves clash Hynes vs Walker, the unknown the roosters through in when he was 18, against a million dollar half back.

Again Fitz has to select Atko at 14, why can't he be on the extended bench, does Atko get paid to have the 14 jersey.
Good to see stoney back, played great in cup last week, club would have to be certain to resign him, would be ridiculous to let him go, when we can offload Kennedy or move on that mess BHU

A good sign of my apathy toward the team, I’m currently on holiday in Egypt - whenever I go away, first job is to find somewhere with good signal/wofi to watch the Sharks game.

This holiday, I’d not even taken note of when the game is.

Was having a listen to Boydie Cordner on The Journeyman pod. He was asked about the letdown of players post origin, win or lose. He claimed that the week after was never a problem as those coming back are generally still"up". He suggested that teams that have wiggle room would start resting players from the round 2 after the last SOO.

The Roosters are resting no one out of their 5 SOO reps (unless the ducks and drakes are at play)

I think the Sharks get them this time. I think they get them well.

Chad to play Trindall back into form

And I predict that Ronnie will be standing approximately 15m out from the goal line and 10m in from the side line to defuse about 18 repetitive shallow bombs from the rorters replacement halfbacks boot.

Just got a feeling bout it.

Cheers mate - loving it so far, staying at a big all inclusive in Hughada. Sun, plenty of free beer/food plus the kids disappearing into the sea or water park all day long makes for a good relaxing break. Looking forward to a few excursions on boat trips, Luxor etc

Will no doubt end up watching the match, just probably not live, and I certainly do not share the same optimism for this game as @Frenzy.
