payten has some ball handing skills and could be used as another corey pearson :lol: i can dream tonight anyway..... buettner could become vital to our success his experience with such a young bench will be important

Our 5th tackle options have been so dodgy of late. Prince always seems to kick the ball straight to the back 3. Its stating the obvious but we need to find open space on our kicks even if it bounces infront so that they have to slow down to pick the ball up. Also id like to see afew more grubbers to get repeat sets of 6. Bombs are good but variation is needed. Buettner needs to help Prince out with the kicking as the dogs will pressure him. And please no more forwards kicking the ball on tackle 5.

I agree that Jamie Small should have been given a chance to see what he can do in the 1sts at some stage.In saying that i`m also disappointed that the Magpies Nigel Plum hasn`t been given a go either.He has been consistently in the Magpies top 3 players all year and still doesn`t even warrant a Wests Tigers contract :?
If this doesn`t change i`m sure he`ll be snapped up by another club,and he WILL develop into a very good 1st grader.Mark my words!

So what is your opinion of Nigel Plum???I just found out that once again the Wests Tigers are not offering him a contract for next season.That disappoints me as I feel he is a great talent waiting to happen.Do you think he is good enough to become a good 1st grader???

At the moment if he wants to make First Grade he needs to constantly make the hit-ups he was last week at Brooky. Defensively there is no worry he just doesn't constantly put the effort that goes into defence into attack.

I don't think it was really a case of bludging on the wings, the Winger and Centre had gone in looking for offloads and alike leaving him out there alone, although it did work.
