Coaches like to play players against their former clubs as they often fire up with a point to prove. If he gets a gig surely it’d be at the expense of Fifi or Royce off the bench. Reckon Hannay might’ve been playing ducks and drakes at his presser when he suggested 1-17 to take the pressure off the kid.
