Team vs Knights

He may get you on for and against.
Lots of variables, the main one is us stinking it up against the Knights. If all goes my way, that gap will be gettable.
Tom and Rudolph definitely got more match fitness minutes once the game was wrapped up.
Same as AFB only getting 47min his least in awhile.
Tom works harder than any other prop we have. His output per min is outstanding, I’d be tempted to give him 20 minutes for the Jets this week. Him at his peak gives the bench rotation plenty of leeway
Rudolph has been great since he's been back. Hazo needs the minutes, I agree with all of that. Dont see us in the big dance this year though, thought we had a better chance last year to make the GF, was close. Would have made 12K if we did.

Tobes doesn't get the kudos he deserves around here.
It's no coincidence our line speed and energy have been lacking for most of the year.
He and Williams were responsible for it for the most part in years gone by.
None of the other middle we have provide anywhere near what they do in that respect.

Now that he's starting again it's noticeable that line speed has picked up in the early stages.

Rudolf was great this past saturday
the saturday before one of his customary mistakes when we weren't looking too bad let the Dargs back into it, and they went on from there.
Not saying he caused the loss, as he didn't but his mistake let them back in, he got dropped earlier in the season for this type of thing

I’d start hazo against the knights. Get a good 20 mins then bring kaufusi on. Tom back on from the 50-65 for AFB.

Toby at the 30 for Puru (yes I’m starting Puru at 13)

Actually, it’s way to hard to work out the bench

Good weekend to have off . Get to sit back and watch all the big teams bash each other up in mud pits. Pity the Storm game is down there. Other interesting game is Wah’s playing Tits up in the Goldy. For some reason the Tits are a recent bogey side for the Wah’s. Have beaten them 6 of the last 7 times they’ve met. (Including a few weeks ago across the dutch).

Stress free NRL week this week.

But ......... The Mighty Emus of Emu Park are in the Grand Finals on Saturday. The Chics at 1pm and the Firsts at 6pm.

As Big Kev would of said if he was still on the right side of the grass: "I'm excited"

Warriors lost Ford to suspension too.

Friday 2 great games Penrith vs Raiders, and Storm v Bulldogs.

Imagine playing one of the block buster games at 18:00, and televise Souths v St George on Thursday, NRL have rocks in their heads or the should sack their Ai team.

In their defence Raiders were not expected to be where they are on the ladder and same goes for the bunnies. Drags and Bunnies would have been a cracker of a game in the 60’s though.

For me its more annoyance and disappointment at the games we threw away and should have won.

We'd have 4th wrapped up.
Yep.

Raiders game we lost on the bell earlier in the year.

The Broncos game when we were well ahead.

Those in particular really hurt.

Rudolf has to just focus on running it hard and tackling hard and hold onto the ball.

As soon as he thinks he can offload that’s when the mistakes usually happen. Gets too ADHD at times.

I miss cam/mcaverage/that guy already if im being totally honest
We will miss his tackling and enthusiasm for sure. You could never fault his attitude in that area.

But he lacked punch in attack. That’s where we can add something to this team now that he’s gone for the season. If they choose Jesse Colquhoun I’ll be ecstatic because that’ll be what the team needs I reckon.

If we beat the goons a couple of weeks ago we’d be in 4th now. Having said that… all teams have games that they should have won. Goons have lost 8 games by less than 6 I believe.

Yep Jesse has the opportunity to make that spot his. Both for the rest of this year and for the first part of next year. Will be interesting to see how our defence holds up in the middle minus McInnes.

For mine you go the best player available which is Sifa. I am banking on Iro being back. If Iro isn't around then I would go the power game. JC I like and think is the long term 13 but with 2 games plus finals left it is a huge ask for a young fella.Kaufusi or Toby with Hazo starting up front I think is a realistic expectation.

Ideally Sifa though. We need Sifa and his leadership. I think it would also push AFB having Sif in the middle with him.
