Jacob needs a spell. Pat is f**king useless. Ross at least tries very hard and clearly cares about his own performance. Mamo should almost be ready, if not throw in Denniss. Paea into the starting side, Stockwell off the bench... his leg speed against the tiring defence makes him a better option there. Smith to slot straight back in.

I'd give Bhana a run. He has versatility and I reckon Smith will be taking more bench time as the year goes on.
Agree with a utility off the bench.
I'm suspect with Levi and his back spasm. We saw what similar did to Rochow last year.

It's a worry when we have to replace a useless Pat Mata'utia with an even more useless Jake Mamo :lol:

Yeah anyone know whats going on with Stockwell can't see anything indicating injury and surely form doesn't warrant dropping with 39 tackles and no misses against the broncos

From the sounds of his press conference today he's available and wants to play, not sure if Browny will want to rush him in after 1 training session though.

Rush him in i say. If we had another solid centre so far this year, we would possibly be higher on the ladder than we are now. Even with one training session, hes almost guaranteed to do better than Pat has so far.

No reason not to play Pete. Its not like our backline is a well oiled machine and we are entrenched in the 8 right now

We simply couldnt be any worse and theres every chance his inclusion could make us better

Well most of the rumour mills seem to indicate that Peter is in for Pat, which really would make sense and the sooner it happens the better for you guys.
What's the deal with Stockwell? I thought he was great in all the 3 games he played in so far and now looks to have been dropped. Am i missing something here?

Brown has confirmed Pete will replace Pat for the ANZAC day game. No other changes in the team, Paea will drop off the extended bench and still no mention of Stockwell.
